Agreed, I utilize this, well not me but my low sec alt. However, I would say any positive sec status accomplishes the same in combo with not linking your api so only your losses show up on KBs.

Right, I meant as long as your api is not linked only losses to people who do have their api linked will show up. My noob low sec alt shows an 0-8 record on the KBs. But it is 43-12 in reality.

What I meant was if their API is linked their losses get pulled and therefore your kills. people are funny tho and upload each kill manually so their losses don't wind up there...
Gotcha, I guess I've just been lucky not one victim has had their api linked. It is mostly explorers and the occasional ratter that I hunt so that does make sense.
